1 The contract between us
1.1 We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us2.
1.2 Rejection of your offer for whatever reason will be followed by notification of this via email,
phone or letter. You will not be charged and no contract will be binding between us.
2 Price
2.1. The prices payable for parking are as set out in our website.
2.2 Spaces available on the day will be charged at our daily rate for that event. The daily rate is subject to change at any time at the company's discretion.
3 Payment
3.1 We use Paypal as our payment provider and accept most debit and credit cards.
3.2 We do not accept cheques.
3.3 We accept cash on the day of the event for spaces not yet booked online.
4 Liability
4.1 Our car park is a private car park however we are not responsible for the conduct of every person who comes into the car park. We therefore cannot guarantee the security of your vehicles contents or the vehicle itself.
4.2 Only If it can be proved that due to negligence, breach or default of statutory duty of our staff that theft of vehicle, loss of personal items, personal injury or death was caused will we accept liability.
5 Right for you to amend or cancel your booking
5.1 Amendments can be made up to 24 hours before the start of an event by contacting the Wembley WASP team via info@wembleywaspparking.com
5.2 Cancellations can be made up until 48 hours before the event starts by contacting the
Wembley WASP team via info@wembleywaspparking.com. This amendment will be
privy to a £1.20 admin fee.
6. Reservations
6.1 Vehicles must comply with the size restrictions stated on our website.
6.2 If a vehicle is larger than the size booked, our staff have the right to refuse entry into the car park without a refund.
6.3 Where space is available the customer can still park their vehicle once they have paid the difference in price.
7. Car Park Safety
7.1 Please ensure you drive cautiously throughout our car park
7.2 Once your vehicle is parked and secured please head towards the exit,
making sure to not drift around the Car Park.
8. Possessions and Vehicle Security
8.1 Unless requested by the Company or one of its employees or agents not
to do so, please ensure that before you leave the Car Park your vehicle
is securely locked with all windows closed.
8.2 Please keep valuables with you when leaving the Car Park or placed
securely in the boot of your locked vehicle.
9. Reporting incidents
9.1 If you suffer any loss or damage to your vehicle whilst in the Car Park or
sustain any personal injury inform our staff and police of the incident
immediately.
10. Abandoned Vehicles
10.1 Vehicles must be removed within one hour of the event finishing at which
time our gates will be locked.
10.2 Remaining vehicles will be removed at our discretion by a third party to
avoid any inconveniences to the day to day use of the car park. The
owner of the vehicle will be liable for any charges this incurs. It will
be the customers' responsibility to liaise with the third party for the
retrieval of their vehicle.
11. Re-location of vehicles
11.1 WASP reserves the right to move any vehicle within the Car Park, to
such extent as the Company, its servants or agents think is essential to
avoid impediment at the car park.
11.2 In the case of the car park having to be closed or in an emergency
WASP, its staff or agency additionally reserves the right to move any
vehicle to a convenient location.
12 Opening and Closing times.
12.1 The car park will be open and closed between the times listed as per the booking page for that particular event.
12.2 Where there is no time stated the car park will be open 3 hours before the start of an event and close one hour after the event finishes.
13. Complaints Procedure
13.1 If whilst in the car park you should lose any personal possessions, your vehicle be damaged or stolen, or you be personally assaulted or injured we ask customers to immediately:
(a) Inform a member of our staff on site.
(b) Where criminal damage or theft has occurred, inform police and obtain a police report.
(c) Contact your own insurers.
13.2 You should inform us via our email address, info@wembleywaspparking.com if you consider you have claim against us including full details within seventy two hours. We advise all
potential claimants to check condition 4 to ensure the claim in question falls into our area of responsibility.
14. Maps and Directions
14.1 We remind the customer it is their sole responsibility to find the car park.
All images and directions provided are supplied at the customers'
freedom of choice as there is no guarantee offered.
15 Changes to these Terms and Conditions. Errors and Omissions
15.1 Whilst making our upmost effort to not do so, we cannot guarantee that we will not make any mistakes within our correspondence to you, in our terms and conditions, in our contract or on our website. We reserve the right to correct any mistakes without there being liability on our part.
15.2 We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions regarding use of our website or our car park at any time. Any changes to our company's or car park's policy will be updated as soon as possible via our website at which point they will become immediately effective. Your continued use of our site after any such amendments will constitute your consent to any changes made.
