We are directly opposite both Wembley Arena and Wembley Stadium. Just 350 metres from Wembley Arena and even less to Wembley Stadium. Please click here to see for yourself.
Are you the official parking for Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena?
We are not the official car park for Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena events and we do not pretend to be either. This is why we can offer prices up to 60% cheaper than the official car park even though we are directly opposite them.
How do I know your car park is secure?
Your vehicle is kept in our fully enclosed compound with CCTV in operation. Our parking premises are well lit and our staff stay with the vehicles for the duration of the event so you can concentrate on having fun, without worrying about your car when parking with us.
Is it easy to find your car park?
Yes it is. We are directly opposite both Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena, click here for directions. Just look for the bright orange banner at the junction of 1st Way and Engineers Way click here for photos of our entrance. What payment methods do you accept for parking?
We accept most major debit and credit cards (Visa credit, Visa debit, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro) as well as Paypal. We use a secure third party payment provider who never shares your payment details with us, giving you a quick, secure experience safe in the knowledge that your information is not compromised when paying for parking with us.
How will I know my booking has been accepted for parking?
Once your order has been processed and payment accepted you will receive an email confirmation which you print off. This email is your proof of purchase and parking booking ticket. The email will include a unique reference number for your parking space to help us identify you quickly on arrival.
Do I have to have the email confirmation printed off in order for parking at Wembley WASP?
Yes, and doing so makes your entry into the car park a lot quicker. In an emergency you can show us your unique reference number and email address via your smartphone however we urge you to print the confirmation email we send you and have it ready on your arrival.
Can I amend/cancel my booking for parking?
Yes. If you wish to cancel or amend your booking please contact us here or send an email to info@wembleywaspparking.com. Cancellations must be made no later than 3 days prior to the Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena events in order to receive a full refund. There will however be a fee of £1.20 admin fee. The time frames for making changes or cancelling your car parking space are the same as above. Our admin fee of £1.20 will still apply.
Can I bring a different car to the one I stated in my booking?
Yes. Please email us at info@wembleywaspparking.com stating your unique reference number in the subject field. If for any reason you are unable to contact us, you will still be able to park with us by providing your unique reference number and email address.
What if I have a complaint?
We'd be very surprised if you did, but if you do wish to make a complaint, you may email us at info@wembleywaspparking.com and we will aim to resolve the matter as promptly as possible. We care about our customers having a thoroughly pleasant parking experience, so in the unlikely event this does not happen, we will do everything in our powers to rectify this.
What time does the car park open/close?
Gates are open 3 hours prior to Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena event start times and close 1 hour after the event finishes (there are some exceptions to this, such as days when there are multiple events on at the Wembley Arena, so please see instructions on the booking page for your selected event).
Do I have to book online or can I pay on the event day for parking?
We do have some car parking spaces set aside for customers that have not pre-booked online, but these are limited. In order to avoid disappointment on the day, we suggest you do book online using our quick, secure booking process.

Simply click here for the find us page. Here you will find our full address, as well as an interactive map and written directions to find us easily. Wembley Wasp's friendly face is on our banner at the front entrance of our car park, ready to welcome you in (as well as our equally friendly parking attendants). We're hard to miss.
Can I park a van/minibus/double cab pick up in your car park?
Yes you can , we have the ability to take vehicles up to 5.7 metres in length (a long wheel based Ford Transit van is 5.68 metres in length for example). A limited number of parking spaces for larger vehicles on events at Wembley Arena and Wembley Stadium are available so book early to avoid disappointment. Please make sure to click the 'book now' button for vans (which includes minibuses and double cab pick ups). If our limited number of larger parking spaces are not fully booked online then they may be available on the day of the event on a first come first served basis.
Do you offer coach parking?
Yes we do. We have a limited number of coach parking spaces available to be pre-booked. If you are bringing a coach to either a Wembley Arena or Stadium event please email our admin team to book your reservation here.
Do you offer parking spaces for disabled people?
Firstly, we must point out that we are located 300 metres from the Arena and Stadium entrances. We have a number of larger car parking spaces next to our front entrance for Wembley Arena and Wembley Stadium events, these are availabe for reservation by our disabled customers. All we ask you to do, is once you have made your booking, for either your Wembley Arena or Wembley Stadium event, is contact our customer support team via email here and confirm your request. We will then reserve your car parking space enabling you to enjoy your event at Wembley hassle free.
